Neo Solar Power Corporation (NSP, 3576 TT), a leading producer of high quality solar cells, today announced its mainstream products–multi-crystalline cells, Model Name NP6C– complete the carbon footprint verification. In compliance with the international carbon footprint standard, PAS2050, NSP also received verification of reasonable level of assurance by a third party organization, Systems & Services Certification (SGS).
More than receiving the product carbon footprint verification, NSP also plays an active role in allying with its 10 domestic supplier partners to jointly participate in the “Product Carbon Footprint Demonstration System Guidance & Assistance Program” initiated by the Industrial Development Bureau of Ministry of Economic Affairs. In this program, a model of ‘Center’ and ‘Satellite’ in carbon footprint is adopted.
